61The left cutter sensor does not turns ON after the time specified in the SP1-923-004 (Cutter Operation Adjustment: Error Detection Time) elapsed when cutting.
  • Remove the media from the cutter section, and then open/close the middle cover.
  • When the cutter is not positioned at the right edge, remove the media, and then open/close the middle cover.

The instruction about the media removal is displayed in the operation panel.

After jam occurs, the cutter starts to move to the home position.

If the right cutter sensor does not turns ON after three seconds elapsed when moving to the home position, the machine stops the cutter motor.
